Charles H. Crain has been practicing law since 1983. While he has a general practice, including business law and consumer law, his emphasis and concentration is on his statewide estate planning practices in Oklahoma and Michigan. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association, the Estate Planning Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Estate Planning Section of the Tulsa County Bar Association.

Mr. Crain was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, and grew up in Macomb, Illinois.  In high school, Mr. Crain was president of the National Honor Society and was awarded eleven varsity letters in four sports. He attended Western Illinois University and Knox College, playing baseball and football.   He received his B.S. in economics from Knox College in 1973 while being awarded the Hunter Trophy as the outstanding scholar/athlete.

Prior to law school, Mr. Crain was employed at Farmers & Merchants State Bank in Bushnell, Illinois, as a consumer loan officer and a commercial loan officer, and as a trust officer with the duties of overseeing investments and compliance.

Mr. Crain attained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1983, and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Oklahoma and Michigan. He is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in Oklahoma, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and on April 17, 1989, was admitted and qualified as an attorney and counselor of the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Crain and his wife, Sue, have been married since 1973 and have one son, Eric.  He has been a member of Rotary International for over twenty-eight years and is a Paul Harris Fellow.  He is also a member of First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa, Tulsa Professional Association, and American Legion Post 1 in Tulsa.
